This challenge is part of Physicians @ HLTH and is open to physicians across all medical specialties. You can submit on your own or as a team of up to two physicians.
No. An early idea is enough. You don’t need a prototype, code repository, or demo video.
Three online sessions, 30–45 minutes each, across the four weeks before HLTH. At HLTH, you’ll present for 5–10 minutes on stage.
Hosted by Abridge, Physician Side Gigs, and OpenAI, as part of Physicians @ HLTH. Selected physicians will build with a team from Abridge.
Yes. The on-stage competition will select a winner, and prize details will be announced.
Yes. If selected, you must attend HLTH in person and present your project on stage. Conference registration, travel, and accommodation are not included.
The Physicians @ HLTH Reception is Monday, November 16, 5:00–8:00 PM. We’ll announce the submission deadline and build-call dates soon.
We’ll build demonstration prototypes using synthetic data—no real patient data or identifiers. Before participating, please confirm you’re free to share your idea and that participation doesn’t conflict with your employer’s policies, existing agreements, or other obligations.
