We started our work with Abridge using a pilot framework, and expanded within the first month due to overwhelmingly positive feedback. The results clearly showed that clinicians experienced enhanced productivity and satisfaction. Looking ahead, our goal is to deploy Abridge Inside across all departments by year-end, ensuring nearly every clinician has equitable access to this AI technology. Through collaborative design and co-development, particularly within critical areas such as inpatient care, the emergency department, and nursing, we’re shaping the future of healthcare documentation for our diverse health environment.
