Abridge has been a game-changer for our hospital and community. We’ve seen significant improvements in the quality of clinical notes, and patients feel more focused attention during visits as Abridge shifts the focus from the computer back to them. What is even more impressive is that Abridge is expanding access to care. The freed-up time has increased efficiency for the entire care team to where we've dropped responses to patient calls down to seconds.
Looking ahead, our goal is to deploy Abridge across our nursing staff. Nurses, like physicians, spend a substantial amount of time on documentation. Mitigating time on the keyboard will improve nursing efficiency and allow for more patient interaction.
