Riverside Health, an integrated health system, is dedicated to caring for others as they would for their loved ones. To improve clinician wellbeing and deliver the best care to patients, Riverside evaluated several ambient clinical documentation solutions. Following a successful two-month pilot, Riverside chose to deploy Abridge to an expanding number of clinicians.

Vision
Riverside partnered with Abridge to improve clinician wellbeing and patient experience, and we found that the platform delivered on the bottom line while allowing our clinicians to develop deeper relationships with their patients and provide better care.
Based on this success, our goal over the next few months is to deploy Abridge as quickly as possible to clinicians, including medical residents and physical therapists, and expand into the emergency department and inpatient settings. Clinicians who have experienced success with Abridge are eager to introduce it to their colleagues to facilitate broader adoption. We are looking forward to working closely with the Abridge team to advance the solution to the next level.
